FAQ

▶ When are you closed for holidays?

We close for bank holidays and one week at Christmas

▶ How often do you review your fees?

Our fees are reviewed each year in April. You will receive notice in January of the fee increase, with the first month of the increase being April.

▶ What does the registration fee of £60 cover?

For all children attending Little Linguists Nursery School a non-refundable registration fee is payable for retention of a place. This is a one off cost which not only secures your place but also covers as many settling in sessions as needed prior to your child starting our nursery.

▶ Do I need to provide milk and nappies?

We provide all meals, milk, suncream and nappies for full time children. EECP funded children are required to pay for their meals or provide a suitable packed lunch.

▶ What should my child bring to nursery?

  1. Slippers for indoors
  2. A change of clothes
  3. Suitable outdoor clothing (hats, scarves, gloves etc)

▶ What about Absence/Illness

Contact should be made as early as possible concerning any individual days of absence and relevant information with regard to illness is always appreciated. Fees remain payable.

▶ Nursery Closure

There may be occasions where it will be necessary to close the nursery due to unforeseen circumstances. These will be due to outside influences that affect the daily running of the nursery and do not allow us to meet strict health and safety guidelines, e.g. adverse weather conditions, power failure etc – this list is not exclusive or exhaustive. In cases of adverse weather, the nursery may close early rather than for a full day, to allow service users to travel home safely. Fees remain payable.
